Function Introduction
Imported laboratory colony counteranalyzerAdopting a fully enclosed dark box, it isolates the interference of external light and completely eliminates the light spots and halo phenomena formed by stray light refracted in the glass culture dish, providing necessary lighting conditions for colony counting.
Lighting System
Visible light uses 3-color LED to simulate natural light, and the upper light source has a 360 degree surround light illumination function, providing a three-dimensional and clear imaging effect for bacterial colony imaging. The bottom light source adopts a suspended dark field device, which places the culture dish in a suspended state in space and uses the refraction and reflection of light to form a three-dimensional image of the colony, thereby achieving perspective and high-definition observation of small colonies.
Colony count
The adjustment function of colony display mode, including particle contour, particle number, and particle filling, can be set in color according to user needs.

Rapid colony counting
Single color rapid statistics: Conduct rapid statistics on single color colonies, multi-color colonies, small colonies, large colonies, colored colonies, and spreading bacteria.
Multi color bacteria automatic stacking counting: By using a color pen to extract the color of the target colony, all colonies of the same color in the selected area can be automatically segmented. This algorithm is suitable for rapid statistics of colonies of specific colors.
Microbe statistics: adapted to the statistics of small bacterial colonies.
Mega bacteria statistics: rapid statistics of large bacterial colonies within a region, with a focus on large bacterial colony statistics.
Statistics of bacteria resembling the background color: When the bacterial colonies in the area are similar in color to the background color of the culture dish, statistics of bacteria resembling the background color are used.
Adhesive bacteria statistics: suitable for rapid statistics of colonies with a single background color, no color, and blurry edges.
Scattered bacteria statistics: Quickly count colonies with clear edges and scattered patterns.
Grid filter membrane: including 3M paper colony statistics, filter membrane paper colony statistics, and solid line paper colony statistics.
Display colony statistics results, including total colony count, colony morphology, and classification statistics. The colony morphology includes the number, position, equivalent diameter, circumference, area, roundness, short diameter, and long diameter of each colony. Classification statistics divide colonies into 25 categories based on their diameter, allowing users to visually view the total number of colonies in each category.
Data Security and Management
1) Multi user login system, each account forms independent data, and the data is stored for a long time
2) The statistical results are output in PDF format, and the original data cannot be changed
